The Kate Shu Collective and the Monarch Shoppe were formulated as a solution to a business problem. Visionary and founder, Kate Hightshoe Lambert, wanted to build and cultivate a creative and innovative business space engineered from a basic framework, model, and shared values.
With a deep passion for "The Arts," creative people of many kinds, and the Artwork they create, Kate struggled with finding an efficient way to do business across the broad range of art genres, styles, expressions, and industries that fully encompassed the entire spectrum of her creative passion.
Kate feels that the traditional path of how we explore and utilize our talents and strengths puts boundaries and limitations on our potential for success. Often businesses hire for specific roles, titles, and attributes instead of "whole people." As a result, individuals often wind up in jobs that only take advantage of a fraction of their strengths.
The Kate Shu Collective is a structure, a carved out space, a cohort, a community, a hub, a vehicle, a vibe..., where our world-class talent can thrive.
